After a gay actor is found shot to death, Detectives Ed Green and Nina Cassady arrive at the scene and discover an email that was sent to a well-known pastor. In the email, the actor admonishes him for speaking out against gays. Asst. D.A. Jack McCoy discovers a note left behind that he suspects may be a cover for the real murderer.
