Brace yourself for Melvin
Over view
Melvin is not a nice guy. He's a selfish novelist with a life as regular as clockwork. Carol is a single mom waitress, that tolerates his behavior. One day he goes one step too far and she tells him what life is really about. Later, his gay neighbor Simon, is taken to the hospital and Melvin has to take care of his adorable dog. Alone for years the little pet will bring back light in his life.
